Keto Cheesy Caulirice

2 tablespoons salted butter

1 12 ounce bag frozen riced cauliflower

1/2 Cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

Pink Himalayan salt

Ground black pepper

1. Melt the butter in a medium size skillet over medium heat

2. Put the cauliflower in the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally until tender about 15 minutes.

3. Turn off the heat add the cheese and cream to the skillet and stir until the cheese is completely melted and the ingredients are fully combined.

3. Season to taste with pink Himalayan salt and ground black pepper. Serve immediately.
