3/4 lb Chicken Breast
2 TBSP Olive Oil (or Butter for Extra Keto Nutrition)
2 Cups of Organic Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
3 Full Avocados
1/2 Cup Non-Flavored Greed Yogurt
1/4 TSP Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Cup Pancetta or diced Bacon (optional)
1/2 Cup Feta (optional)
1/4 Cup of Sliced Pecans or Almonds (based on preference) (optional)


Non-Stick Skillet
Deep Pot


1. Put 2 cups of water, 2 cups of Organic Low-Sodium Chicken Broth, and 1/2 TSP of fresh minced garlic in a deep pot and bring to a boil. 

2. Then add un-frozen chicken to boiling water and let boil for 30 minutes. 

3. While that boils, slice your avocados and de-pit them. 

4. After chicken is finished. Pull from heat and shred, then add the chicken, crushed red pepper, garlic, Himalayan pink salt, and black pepper into a non-stick skillet and cook on medium for 8 minutes or until the pancetta is fully cooked. 

5. Then pull the mixture from the pan and mix with the Pecans or Almonds, 1/2 cup greek non-flavored, 1/2 tsp garlic, black pepper, and Himalayan pink salt. 

6. Then stuff the mixture into then halved avocados and top with feta cheese (feta is optional)
