4 oz Cream Cheese
1 TSP Garlic Salt
1/4 Cup Half & Half Cream

1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.

2. Next, mix Stuffing ingredients. Soften Cream Cheese for 25 seconds in the microwave before mixing to make it easier.

3. Then season the lamb meat with the minced garlic, Himalayan pink salt, ground black pepper, red pepper flakes, and the oregano. Next ball up ground lamb meat into 6 large balls and, and push down into the middle to create an opening for the cream cheese stuffing.

4. Then place the stuffing into the middle of the lamb meatballs opening.

5. Then place into the skillet and top with the Marinara sauce. Cook in the oven for 23 minutes.

6. Once cooked, serve immediately.
